Roxana Gardenia is a mid-rise gem, thoughtfully crafted for the modern urban dweller who wants the best of both worlds—style and substance. Rising gracefully over five floors, this beauty stands on a stilt-level base that’s not just smart, but jugaadu—giving you extra utility, ventilation, and even flood protection (a must in our monsoons, no?). The architecture is all about clean lines, geometric harmony, and a crisp white façade, lightly peppered with contrasting textures that create a striking yet balanced visual rhythm.
At the heart of the building lies a central rectangular core, flanked on both sides by symmetrical vertical wings—each one hosting generous balconies dressed in vertical green walls. These aren’t just eye candy; they’re hard-working green lungs that clean the air, cool the space, and bring a bit of nature ka touch right into your home.
With floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the interiors are flooded with natural light, and residents can soak in those sweeping views. Add to that the timber-toned louvers, and you’ve got a lovely contrast of modern and earthy—like mixing chai with cinnamon, subtle but impactful.
Despite a challenging, irregular plot (every architect’s KBC jackpot question), the design team turned lemons into nimbu paani. Through careful planning and many sleepless nights, they pulled off a layout that’s functional, vastu-friendly, and visually pleasing.
