This project embraces a contemporary urban apartment typology, thoughtfully crafted to merge function with modern aesthetics within a compact urban footprint. The façade features a sophisticated interplay of exposed brick, concrete finishes, and white stucco, creating a balanced visual rhythm that is both striking and cohesive.
From the architect’s viewpoint, the structure emphasizes vertical articulation through clean lines, recessed balconies, and a layered façade. Biophilic elements—like green terraces and integrated planters—soften the geometry, infusing the building with life and livability. The use of warm lighting and natural materials cultivates an atmosphere of comfort and understated modernity.
