VR Design Studio’s 3500 SFT flat embodies modern minimalism elevated by intelligent spatial planning and a refined selection of natural materials. At the heart of the design is the client’s emphasis on natural stone, which has been beautifully integrated into feature walls and surfaces. The flooring features luxurious Rosso Levanto Italian marble, creating a rich warmth that complements the neutral palette. A carefully curated mix of hand-painted PU finishes, natural wood, and textured stone gives the space depth, balance, and sophistication without excess. The walls, finished in a soft, textured white plaster, enhance the space’s serene Mediterranean character. Carefully placed artistic blue ceramic plates and witty signage like “Be strong, I whisper to my coffee…” inject personality and a touch of humor.
Every element in the flat is designed with purpose and precision. Lighting transitions smoothly between ambient and task modes, all controlled through a fully automated system that adds both luxury and ease of use. The custom-designed furniture follows a clean, contemporary aesthetic with ergonomic comfort and understated elegance, reinforcing continuity throughout the space. Strategic ceiling enhancements emphasize vertical volume, contributing to a spacious and airy feel across the home.
